FAQ's

When is my payment due?

Payments for arrival dates less than 30 days away are due in full upon processing of your reservation.

Payments for rentals more than 30 days require a 50% down payment with the balance being owed 14 days prior to your arrival date.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

For all cancellations, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible in writing (fax,email, post) We do not accept verbal cancellations. We will make every effort to re-rent the property. All monies, less 15% of the down payment will be returned within 21 days after a successful re-booking. If, after diligent effort, we are unable to re-rent the property, the full down payment will be forfeited. Transfers within the same property, same year are subject to the owner’s approval.

Notices of cancellation must be followed up in writing.

What Taxes are charged?

Depending on the rental unit we must assess State and Local taxes. All of our prices already include the tax amount figured in.
